Introduction

The Allied Telesis x6EM/XS2 expansion module for the x610 Series can be used to create a long-distance stacking link using SFP+ modules to form a distributed VCStack of x610 switches. Alternatively, the two SFP+ ports can be configured as Ethernet ports to provide additional 10G uplink ports.
